We are currently looking to fill an Audience Activation Specialist position at L2TMedia!

Job Summary

The Audience Activation Specialist reports to the Digital Media Product Manager and is responsible for implementation and execution of AudiencePro, L2TMedia’s proprietary CDP (Customer Data Platform). The Specialist will have a strong understanding of the CDP environment for automotive and L2T’s suite of products and platforms including Google, Meta, and Amazon. They will stay on top of the industry’s best practices and trends to ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction, while supporting revenue and retention goals. This role is responsible for on-boarding clients who contract AudiencePro and working with paid media teams to implement 1st party audience data efficiently and effectively into advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities
 
  • Follow and maintain necessary process documentation related to AudiencePro on-boarding, off-boarding, integrations, and updates.
  • Coordinate with account owners and clients as necessary.
  • Manage multiple projects for AudiencePro product and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide Manager content to be used in training documentation and marketing materials to support revenue growth and client retention.
  • Monitor client-facing reporting-dashboards and AudiencePro back-end platform to ensure data is accurate.
  • Analyze data sets to determine trends and targets for digital ad campaigns. Assist in drafting case studies demonstrating the value of the AudiencePro product.
  • Work with developers and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues which arise.
  • Develop and implement uniform audience and campaign strategies and provide added value for clients through thorough analysis, established benchmarks, and new product suggestions that will enhance their overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on AudiencePro with strong working knowledge of paid media products that integrate with the CDP.
  • Act as main point of contact with 3rd party vendors which relate to CDP product (CDP vendor, CRM providers, DealerVault, CDK, etc.).
  • Maintain and develop new client facing and internal process documentation, internal training, and resolution of integration issues.
  • Act as a point of contact for other teams who have product related questions or concerns.
  • Create and upgrade processes and procedures to be more effective in providing targeting recommendations.
  • Monitor actual expenses against budget and vendor contracts and work with vendor partners in the event of overbillings or unusual charges.

Education Requirement
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT or related major.
  • Current Google Ads (search, display and video) certifications.

Required Skills
 
  • Must be able to maintain hybrid work schedule (2x in-office per week) and commute to Evanston, IL.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure that all launches are conducted in accordance with client requirements and account owner instructions.
  • Ability to identify operational efficiencies which can speed up launch and make the ongoing maintenance of the product less costly.
  • Innovative mindset in identifying potential product enhancements, exploring feasibility of enhancements and demonstrating value to clients.
  • Strategic sensibilities: able to plan and drive process.
  • Drive and ability to learn new things and stay on top of current digital marketing trends.
  • Google Analytics expertise.

Preferred Skills
 
  • Google Ads or Meta advertising experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and basic database mappings.
  • Agency-side digital media or advertising experience.
  • Automotive or retail industry experience.
  • Experience working with Segment or other CDP products.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $55,000.00 and based on experience and location of where the job is performed.
